Shipping Policy

AndretheFarmer offers shipping of all pepper sauces within the US and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated when you choose your shipping method during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated via real-time using published UPS and USPS rates based upon exact weight, size, and actual destination address.

1.   Lost or stolen shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
2.   Received Shipments
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may deliver to mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel. Upon acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order.
1.      WRONG ITEM(S) RECEIVED: If you do not receive the item(s) ordered, please contact us with your order number and the details of the item(s) received. Depending on the item, we may authorize you to keep or discard said items for a full refund.
2.      GOODS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT: If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us, we will ship you a replacement or issue the appropriate refund.

RETURNS: If you change your mind about a purchase or if you are dissatisfied with your item(s), you may discard the item and contact us for a full refund andre@permaculturelife.com.
